Group dog puppy training classes can be brilliant for many dogs and owners however might not suit everyone for a number of very real reasons.

Have you tried puppy training classes and found that your puppy finds them too distracting, too exciting, too scary, overwhelming or have you as their owner felt that you don’t get the interaction between yourself, your dog and the trainer to get as much from the sessions as you would like?

These sessions ensure that all the training time and focus is on you and your pup’s training needs and can suit dogs and owners who have found the group setting isn’t for them.

Don’t worry about a perceived lack of opportunity to have your dog socialise with dogs in class. Tailored 1-2-1 puppy training sessions will incorporate lots of opportunities to build socialisation skills in real life settings.

Only 2 weeks to go so I thought I’d share my little just giving page ahead of the Leeds Abbey Dash 10k. Raising money for the wonderful Wave Project who make it possible for our daughter Florence to go adaptive surfing and support so many young people through surf therapy. We have 2 Stars of the Week this week! Too hard to choose! Boo joined us for her second happy hound walk today and Arnold for his first today. Both are graduates from Ally’s Dog House so I know them both well but it’s been a big change for them both after such a long time with Ally.

Proud to say they have both done brilliantly well! 🤩🤩🤩

Well! To say it was a tad blustery over at Newmillerdam this morning would be an understatement. It was nuts! All 3 hounds were quite taken a back by the noise and the branches that periodically fell to the ground right in front of us! Huge hugs and well done to little Boo who had all that to contend with as well as it being her first walk with us. I promise it’s not always so ‘atmospheric’ little girl. ❤️🥰❤️

Well we’ve made it half way through October before the mud has returned! Time to start the post walk tactical paddles to clean those muddy paws. 🐾
