Busy day yesterday.

Teddy, who has been on restricted rehab grazing since he arrived with us 5 weeks ago, went into the big boy field to join Winston (video in comments). We’re all very happy that they seem to be best buddies. 💚

We also welcomed friends, Nicola and Helen with their horse and pony, Sally and Archie, who settled in immediately 😊. Hopefully, they will be as chilled when they join their herds.

Georgina and Ellie went for a hack to the pits with Moo and Tinks, but for some reason I can’t share the video of them cantering 🫣

We welcomed some new faces recently.

❤️Tinks has been here almost a month and she belongs to Georgina, whom we’ve known for a while.

💚Teddy has been here just over a week, he’s currently in rehabilitation following an injury a couple of months ago. Teddy belongs to Tash and Sharon.

Both have settled in well and it feels like they’ve been here forever.

I’ve finally captured these two mutual grooming! Both mares have strong personalities but the skewbald is the boss lady and in the 9ish years I’ve known her, I’ve never seen her groom her field mates. Recently, she has been grooming the gelding in the next field and a week ago, I thought I saw these two grooming but couldn’t be sure, now I’ve got the evidence. 🧡
