IN LIGHT OF RECENT EVENTS

1) You must provide the details of someone you trust who lives nearby that can collect your dog in emergencies (not settling, illness etc) and that can make decisions on your behalf should we need to seek veterinary care/advice

2) To make the process easier we ask that you inform your vets of your absence and that you have left your dog(s) in our care & therefore can deal with us directly should we see fit to seek veterinary advice and/or treatment. We also recommend that should we not be able to contact you whilst you are away that you add your designated emergency contact as a contact at your vet that can make decisions on your behalf.

When signing your booking form you already authorise us to make any decisions should your dog require veterinary treatment but the above will help us ensure the process goes as smoothly as possible!
