As we are now in our busiest time of the year can everyone booked in please make sure you are on time for drop off and collection, we are on a tight schedule so any more than 15 minutes late dropping off may be refused!

Anyone who doesnt show up or cancel with less than 24 hours will need to pay the full price before we book you back in, text reminders will be getting sent out the evebing before your appointment 😊

Just to let all our lovely customers know we will be closing today between 2/2:30 as the fireworks have already started to be set off meaning its unfair for the dogs in our care and unsafe for us to groom
