Hey everyone!
I’ve had quite a few people messaging me asking for appointments this week. Just thought I’d give everyone a heads up, I’m currently completely booked up until middle of September. So if anyone is thinking they need booked in in a few weeks time I’d recommend booking sooner rather than later 🐾

🐾 CANCELLATIONS & NO SHOWS POLICY 🐾

I hate to have to write this but these last few weeks I’ve had quite a few people not show up to their appointment and as you can imagine this affects me massively as a small business. I understand that sometimes appointments may slip your mind or something comes up etc. However not showing up to your appointment hits me hard financially, especially when it’s a couple appointments a week. As much as I enjoy being a dog groomer and meeting all your furry friends, this is not a hobby, it’s my only source of income.

Due to this I have no other choice but implement a cancellation policy

If you need to change or cancel your appointment please give at least 48 hours notice to make any changes, this gives me a chance to fill your assigned slot.

Any cancellation’s less than 24 hours notice 50% of the groom charge will have to be paid before any further appointments can be booked.

Cancellation on the day/No shows 100% of the service charge will need to be paid before any further appointments can be booked.

Just a quick reminder, I go on holiday on 17th July, my last day of work is 15th July and I will return to work on 29th July. I still have the following appointments available if anyone is needing in before I go away ☺️

Tuesday 9th- 12 & 2.30 ❌ fully booked
Thursday 11th- 12.30 & 2.30❌ fully booked
Friday 12th- 9.30 or 11 ❌fully booked
Saturday 13th- 2.30
