Nice little work-around for a Ford Fiesta Zetec 'boot open' warning that kept showing on the display, lighting up the footwells and causing the battery to drain.
By accessing the faulty micro switch in the boot locking mechanism, and by combining the red and black wires together, you can bypass the warning altogether (as it will always then think the boot is shut).
Works as a good temporary fix whilst the replacement latch is on order.

Simple little key safe installation in the desired location for the customer 👍

It doesn’t happen often, but we’ve all been (or come close to being) locked out at one point or another. With a spare key stored in a key safe outside the property, you know you’ll always have access to your home no matter what. A key safe is also hugely beneficial in an emergency, and can make it easier for caregivers, or family to access the property.

Bedroom redecoration complete ✔👍

Someone had previously attempted to paint over the blue silk which was once on the walls, with a matt emulsion 😬 (that in turn caused a crazing/cracking problem everywhere!)... they'd also missed a rather large area where I imagine there might have been a wardrobe in the way 🙃

Luckily I managed to fix it all up, and to customer request painted white silk all over with white gloss on the woodwork... definitely nice and bright now! 😎

Ms Can-Do was happy to help with this nice little bathroom transformation.
Fixed up and painted the walls, reglossed the skirting and door and built a new pipe cover for under the boiler and added an access panel for the valves 🙂

A screw (not one of mine might I add) decided to make my tyre it's new home this morning and caused a complete flat... Thankfully I had a spare in the boot! 😅 *phew*

My 1st ever shed renovation/kids play den, great fun to create 😃
Started off as just a roof replacement, but then the homeowner thought it would be perfect as 'Grans Den', so the grandkids could have somewhere fun to play in the garden!
So then I filled the holes, painted the walls, made a chalkboard door, added fake grass for the floor and put up some fairy lights... love it! 💪😄✔
