And just like that the elf is going home 🥰

We have loved seeing what he’s gotten up to everyday.

He hasn’t left empty handed and has left presents for all of our guests.

✨ Thank You for an Amazing 2025 ✨

That’s a wrap on our physiotherapy and hydrotherapy for the year !

As we come to the end of 2025, Megan and Saffy would like to say a huge thank you to all of our wonderful canine clients and their dedicated owners for being part of our year 🐾💙

This year has been filled with lots of journeys, determination and progress. We have so many proud moments — from first hydrotherapy sessions and rehab milestones to strength gains, confidence building, weight loss goals and improved quality of life. We also want to remember those dogs we have left behind in 2025, we hope we managed to help their end of life journeys be as comfortable and enjoyable as possible 🌈🐶

From the moment we joined the team in January it’s been a big year, we have achieved so much, from writing our own cpd, having stalls at various events to watching our clients improve- It’s been an absolute privilege to support so many dogs on their rehabilitation and fitness journeys and to work alongside owners who are so committed to their wellbeing and quality of life.

We also couldn’t do what we do without the support of our K9 Core Care team - Jess, Karen and Rich who are our support team helping us ensure everything runs smoothly often from behind the scenes.

Thank you to everyone who has trusted us with their dogs, supported our team, and been part of our community — we truly couldn’t do what we do without you.

The elf has gotten very excited it seems to see all the Christmas gifts we’ve been receiving. He’s got in to the chocolates!

Day 21 🌲

So the elf got wind that its someone’s birthday today and they were on the nice list 😮

Santa has sent him back with an extra special birthday present 🎁

This beautiful 5 month old lab puppy ‘Horace’ came to see us for a water confidence swim today. He absolutely smashed it and was a pleasure to swim. As soon as we got over the scary ramp and learnt his way around the pool he was off having a great time playing with toys in the water. He loved it so much his Mum says he can come back for more! We can’t wait to watch him grow up and help keep him fit and strong throughout his life. 🐾🐾

The elf had counted the money in our donations pot ❤️

We raised £23.30 of the birmingham dogs home. This money along with the food we donated will hopefully help a little for all those dogs who are sadly in rescue over Christmas.

Keep your eyes peeled in the new year for the next charity we will be supporting.

🚨 Important Reminder for All Our Doggy Guests 🚨

Did you know that it’s the law for dogs to wear an ID tag when out in public? 🏷️🐶
Under UK law, every dog must wear a collar with an ID tag showing the owner’s name and address when outside the home. (Microchips are essential too — but they don’t replace a visible tag!)

🌲 What does this mean for Woodland Walks? 🌲
To keep everyone safe — and to stay on the right side of the law — we’ll no longer be able to take dogs on our Woodland Walks if they aren’t wearing an ID tag.

💚 This isn’t us being mean — it’s about:
✔️ Your dog’s safety
✔️ Legal requirements
✔️ Peace of mind for everyone

📌 What your dog needs before their stay:
• A collar with a secure ID tag
• Tag must include owner’s name & address (a phone number is a great bonus!)

If you’re unsure whether your dog’s tag is up to scratch, just ask us — we’re always happy to help 💬🐾
