**Important Update on Appointment Booking Policy**
💦 HYDROTHERAPY AND PHYSIOTHERAPY 🥼
We want to take a moment to address some recent changes to our appointment booking policy at K9 Core Veterinary Physiotherapy and Hydrotherapy Centre.
Due to a massive increase in cancellations and rearrangements, we have unfortunately experienced financial strain, which we can no longer absorb without a dramatic price increase, which we do not want to do. So instead to continue providing high-quality services, we must implement the following changes:
1. **Payment at Booking**: All appointments must now be paid for at the time of booking. This change will help us cover staffing and operational costs, regardless of attendance.
2. **Non-Refundable Policy**: Please note that all appointments are non-refundable.
3. **Transferability**: If you need to rearrange your appointment, you may do so within 7 working days of booking. The appointment is transferable, allowing you some flexibility.
We truly value your understanding and support as we navigate these changes. Our commitment remains to provide the best care for your pets, and these adjustments are necessary for us to continue doing so.
