Although we are operating at reduced capacity next year or closed altogether, I feel the need to say, that once again this summer we’ve had difficulties with some of our customers. We’ve had people cancelling last minute and never paying us for the money we’ve lost. Some haven’t even told us after we’ve turned LOTS of others away.
We’ve been left with empty pens at peak times!
We’ve also had quite a few cats brought in that were ill with severe sickness that we’ve had to clean up a few times a day! One customer booked a stay of 3 weeks for 3 cats then shortened it over and over until not turning up at all - in July!
We are not the only cattery this happens to and I ask that people be more considerate to us hardworkers who are only trying to earn a living in a business which is only seasonal as it is.

Our cattery will not be operating to full capacity next year due to owners illness. We hope to possibly have one or two of our regulars in. No new customers I’m afraid.

We are closed the afternoon of Monday 19th Bank Holiday. We are open in the morning for the existing cats that are booked in to be collected and dropped off. Messages will not be answered in the afternoon. Back to normal Tuesday 20th.
