🐈‍⬛💖🐾 What an evening - we have been donated some absolutely lovely items, we still cannot believe the generosity we are showered with each and every sale! 😻Thank you to everyone who dropped off donations this evening and thank you to our wonderful team for working so hard despite most not feeling our best. We’re looking forward to tomorrow and hope to see you all there!

We will be at the church from 9AM onwards for donation drop offs ahead of the sale starting at 11AM. Following on from our post earlier, if anyone is able to come along at the end of the sale and help us pack away we would be eternally grateful. Thank you! 🐾💖🐈‍⬛

Unfortunately due to illnesses and prior commitments we are very short on hands to help set up / pack away for Purrs Rummage Sale tomorrow. We hate to have to ask but if anyone is able to help us out this evening setting up, tomorrow morning setting up and tomorrow afternoon packing away we would be extremely grateful. 🙏

We will be at Brownhills Methodist Church 6-8PM tonight, from 9AM-11AM setting up tomorrow morning and from 2PM tomorrow packing away.

For anyone with donations we will be available tonight and tomorrow morning to accept these at the church. Thank you for your support! 🐈‍⬛💖🐾

🐈‍⬛🧡🐾 A little update on Eddie, as it’s been just over a week since his emergency endoscopy. We would say he has recovered well, however it didn’t seem to affect him at all! We are extremely grateful he has remained happy & healthy and has loved all the extra fuss and attention (like he didn’t get enough already!) Thank you all for your continued well wishes and kind words for our beautiful boy, it truly has meant the world to us all. 🐾🧡🐈‍⬛

🐈‍⬛💙🐾 This lovely soul is Pedro. He is now safely in our care after years of being left outside by his 'owner'. Thankfully, Pedro had a guardian angel who looked out for him. The 'owner' said he no longer wanted the responsibility of looking after this cat. What responsibility! Not neutered, not microchipped, no sofa to curl up on 😕 Helen, who you may know from Cat Alert, reached out to see if we had space for Pedro, fortunately we were able to say yes. As an amazing good will gesture, Helen & Pedro's guardian angel Jane arranged for Pedro to be neutered & microchipped before coming to us. Our job now is to show this precious boy what love is all about & hopefully find him the loving home he deserves 🤞🙏 We will keep you updated on Pedro's journey 🐾💙🐈‍⬛

🐈‍⬛💙🐾 We would like to formally introduce to Humphrey. This handsome young man was straying for many weeks & being picked on by other toms. Everything has been tried to locate his owners 😕 Thankfully we were finally able to bring him in to our care. Humphrey is now neutered & microchipped & will be starting his vaccinations next week. Humphrey will soon be looking for his forever home 🐾💙🐈‍⬛

🐈‍⬛💜🐾 We can’t believe we still haven’t had any interest for our beautiful girl Tilly! 🥺 Tilly came into our care back in November 2024 after her owner sadly passed away. Her foster mom Ann has done a wonderful job as she was initially quite shy and timid, but she now loves a good fuss and cuddle on your lap! She is approximately 10 years old and will be happier in a quieter home where she can be spoilt rotten and given time to settle into her new surroundings. ❤️‍🩹 If you think you could offer Tilly the forever home she deserves or want more information, please message us directly. 🐈‍⬛💖🐾 4 days ago, we reached out to yourselves & to our local community to help us raise £1500 for Mr. Miyagi to be able to go to Pride Referals in Derby. I can't believe I'm writing this but, you did it! 🎉🎉 Thank you just doesn't seem enough 🙏 The GoFundMe has now finished & next Thursday Mr. Miyagi will be going to see a cardiac specialist. The Purrs team are eternally grateful to each & every person who has either donated or shared Mr. Miyagi's story. You are all truly amazing 🥰 We will keep you updated. Once again, from the bottom of our hearts and for Mr. Miyagi's heart, thankyou! 🐾💖🐈‍⬛

🐈‍⬛💙🐾 Our handsome boy Alistair (Big Al) has been neutered & microchipped today. Hopefully he'll recover quickly 🤞 Surgey definitely hasn't affected his appetite 🥰 Big Al will start his vaccinations next week then can be reserved 🐾💙🐈‍⬛
