Spaces for volunteers - Anything from 1hr Week upwards - Basically as little or as much as you like as long as it’s consistent and scheduled into Stables Daily Requirement’s - Every Little helps! More than you could ever imagine - Assisting with the simplest but Non the Less Some of the most important of jobs - Water - Haynets - Feeds - Tack Cleaning - Leading Beginners / Vulnerable - Grooming - One on One TLC - Plenty of options depending on Experience - All abilities welcome as
Training provided -
We don’t promise it is all easy but Extremely Rewarding and Therapeutic - A fun way to lose weight and gain fitness - Many say they leave problems at the gate - Escape from reality and in helping others heal themselves!

This would really help us survive another year… Especially through Winter.. Since lockdown staffing has become extremely problematic … We are Non Profit but have served the Community for many years - Aim to keep prices low and affordable to ALL walks of life Whilst providing a Spiritual and Safe Haven. * Yard Assistants
* Volunteers to help look after and give TLC to younger rescued ponies whilst we find permanent homes for them.
* Volunteers for grooming - tack cleaning - Stable cleaning assistance. This winter has been horrendous it’s hard to keep on top of everything as thoroughly as we would like to due to flooding and the adverse conditions of this winter….

How Much Weight Can a Horse Carry?

In my experience, a horse can carry an infinite amount…..

- They can carry the weight of broken hearts, broken homes, and broken bodies.
- Countless tears sometimes comb their tangled manes. Moments when parents and friends cannot be there to help and hold a person, horses embrace and empower
- They carry physical, mental, and emotional handicaps
- They carry hopes and dreams
- They carry the stress from your day when you can’t carry it anymore.

- They carry graduations
- They carry new careers
- They carry moves away from everything familiar
- They carry marriages
- They carry divorces
- They carry Deaths and Funerals
- They carry babies before they are born, and even carry the mothers who cannot carry their own baby
- They carry mistakes
- They carry Joy
- They carry good
- They carry bad
- They carry drugs alcohol and addictions
- but they also carry The Celelebrations of Cure.

- They will carry you to success when all you have felt is failure. They will carry you, never knowing the weight of your burdens and triumphs.

- They will carry you through life, when life is hard, when life is heavy
- But a horse and the Right Equine Community will make you feel weightless under it all

A devastating end to an extremely hard year 💔but would like to take this moment to wish all “Old New and Present S.A.R.C FAMILY Members A Healthy, Safe, Successful, Drama and Negative Free New Year surrounded by Genuine people and Your Loved Ones - We thank you for your support and loyalty and we are praying 🙏 for a much better 2024 to keep the Stables going that keeps so many people going… I also want to thank all of the wonderful staff, volunteers and helpers that keep going against all the odds without them, and without yourselves, we just could not do this… Tonight we will be toasting a huge good riddance to 2023, but a huge welcome to 2024… We continue to endure to “Keep Fighting This Fight With All of our Might” 🙏💪❤️ See You All Next Year ❤️
