Just to let everyone know the entrance to Wood Green Road from Woodrendon Hill is closed again today whilst the council are fixing a giant Pothole. Wayze are directing you through the caravan park or you can enter Wood Green Road via the Upshire end. Fingers crossed they get it fixed today, they've been working on it for the past two days. Sorry you're all getting so inconvenienced by this. Mx

Introducing The Dogzhouse...

Situated in the heart of Epping Forest on the outskirts of Upshire Village, Waltham Abbey & Loughton and in the grounds of “The Old Potteries” our home has always been affectionately known by locals as the dogs house.

We’ve lived here for over 20 years and passers by be they walkers, riders and even the postmen have always been greeted by our friendly and loveable Leonbergers.

“Davenheath Leos” evolved here - the amazing “Chester” being Best of Breed winner at Crufts in 2011. Then followed a host of fluffy, adorable champions and most recently we were awarded top Show Breeders 2017 & 2018.

Our house has been carefully designed and maintained entirely for our dogs happiness and comfort - they even have the pick of the sofas :-).

Over the years, as a family and with various breeds of dogs we’ve been involved in dog showing, dog agility, dog obedience and primarily dog well being through good food, healthy treats, plenty of exercise and most of all an abundance of love.

It was an easy decision with the facilities we have to open up our home to new doggy friends and make what started as being avid dog lovers and a hobby to a small family run business - offering Doggy Daycare, Dog Grooming and Dog Walking servcies.

We know that your dogs, like ours, are your best friends, your soul mates, your children, your adorable & cherished family member and when they’re in our hands we’ll be giving them the tender loving care they deserve. If your dogs are happy and content then so are we.
