Good morning! we would just like to make everyone aware that hamlet Hill is currently quite dangerous to drive on. many big pot holes usually filled with rain. please allow more time go come down this road very slowly and avoid any big puddles as could damage your car and tyres

Good afternoon!
We appreciate your continued support of K9 pet grooming. Due to unforeseen costs, we will be making a small price adjustment to services. This price increase will take effect on 1st of April 2024.
This was a difficult decision to make, as we know the effect it can have on our customers. We thank you for your understanding and support during this change, and as always, we promise to deliver the highest quality products and services possible

Please see below the new prices, any queries we are happy to answer but please bare in mind the girls maybe busy so will get back to you as soon as possible.

** XL Bully ban **

Good afternoon everyone! I have been on the phone to our insurance company to find out the rules of grooming xl bully's following the sadness of the ban. Our insurance company says we are insured to groom XL bullies but only under these new rules so please if your XL requires grooming let us know this during booking.

We are more happy to help you especially if you are already on our books as all current clients have such well behaved bullies but we MUST be informed of the correct breed to protect YOUR dog from an issues.

1. must be 1-2-1 grooming no other dogs in the salon (we can do the very first or last dog of the day grooms to apply to this) and/or we can use the garden entrance to enter and exit the bathroom to ensure no issues bumping into anyone else on the decking.

2. your dog MUST be muzzled at all times with your own muzzle fitted by yourself. unfortunately even if they are friendly we have to apply this rule, again to protect your dog.

3. 1 meter leads only. no long lines. no flexi leads please!

4. your dog must be neutered

5. certification for public liability insurance and exemption must be supplied

We are very sad that this is the new rules as every XL that has been to our salon have been nothing but angels and all the girls fall in love with each and every one. We are happy to assist with any questions or queries on this matter.
