When you don’t turn up for your appointment we are stood twiddling our thumbs and this cost me money as I have wages to pay .plus I’ve had the bath on to heat the water up for your dogs , So can you please make sure you book the correct date I always say the day of the week and the date please take note that you have booked the correct week.
