Happy Hounds Willow & Toby and Biggles & Bingo all had a blast in the retreat this week and were loving the nicer weather!

The retreat offers plenty of shade from its natural canopy, which is coming along nicely in the height of the growing season 🍃🌳🍃 Meaning it’s the perfect space to exercise your doggies anytime of day during spring & summer!

As we know, sniffing & exploring is proven to decrease stress levels in dogs and improve their overall wellbeing & behaviour. This lovely bunch from Amy Jones dog walking are looking very ‘carefree’ in the retreat this week - clearly the sandpit continues to be a ‘happy place’ for many of our doggie clients! 🐾

Spending time in nature can also help us to relieve stress and anxiety, improve your mood, and boost feelings of happiness & wellbeing. Getting outdoors can help to : 🍃

* Reduce your stress levels
* Feel better about yourself
* Improve your concentration and focus
* Improve mood
* Sleep better
* Worry less
* Absorb some sunshine vitamin! ☀️

Finally it feels like spring is here with some very welcomed sunshine this week! The retreat has dried up nicely which is refreshing after all the relentless rain and mud.

Trio Bug, Ethel & Milo loved their visit to the retreat, they’ve not been for a little while as they’ve been out training with mum for the London Marathon today! ⭐️

Pup Cosmo enjoyed his first visit and was a busy boy exploring & playing in new surroundings. One very happy hound! 💙

More rainy vibes in the retreat again this week, roll on some sunnier days! ☀️

Nevertheless, our doggie visitors still had lots of fun and the sandpit remains a firm favourite! Narla is in her happy place and newbies Balor and Saraya seem quite taken with it too! 🐾
