So I wasnt going to share this but then i thought it might help one or two people. This is how I tablet my cat, he has IBD and he needs two tablets every morning. The trick is to stay calm and take control, it may look harsh but I promise you it isnt and this is one of the ways we tablet in the vets. Using yourself as a bum stop they can not wriggle backwards or away. Once the mouth is open place the tablet on your index finger or thumb and put tablet at the back of the cats mouth basically in the throat. Close and keep the mouth closed and the cat will naturally swallow. Please excuse how awkward I am in this video😂
