So, you’ve arrived and parked outside…now what?

🤗 Carry the carrier using the top handle with one hand and support the bottom with the other.

📶 When checking in, our reception team will guide you and show you to our designated cat waiting area.

⏩ Place the carrier into one of our cat parking stations, spray one of the blankets with the pheromone spray and place over the carrier.

If your cat is prone to stress, please do ring our team and ask if you can wait in the car until your appointment time.

Let’s make the stressful part, less stressful!

😤 Calmly place your cat in the carrier, and if they’re anxious, wrap them in a towel with pheromone spray and gently ease them into the carrier.

🚫 Always use a cat carrier during travel; securing your pet whilst driving could be a finable offence.

🔒 Secure the carrier in your car by using a cushion or a towel on the back seat and secure using the seat belt.

😻 Cover the carrier with a towel and reassure your cat by speaking calmly.

🙅‍♀️ Withhold for for two hours before travel if your cat is prone to stress or travel sickness.
