🎄To keep our timetable running smoothly, especially in December with the Christmas rush, can we please remind our clients of the following:

🚗Drop Off:
•As per our terms and conditions (Point 5), LATE DROP OFF of more than 15 minutes will result in your appointment being CANCELLED and your deposit will be LOST.
•A further deposit will then be required before booking any future appointments.

🚙Pick Up:
•As per our terms and conditions (Point 19), we provide a text 15 minutes prior to your dog being ready to collect.
•Failure to collect your dog after the 15 minutes will result in an ADDITIONAL FEE OF £5 per 15 minutes late for collection.
•Fees will be due AT THE TIME OF COLLECTION

🤔What if you have a 4pm appointment but are 15 minutes late?
•If you have a 4pm appointment and are late to drop off by 15 minutes or more, there are 2 options:
1. Pay the additional out of hours fee and still have your appointment
2. Lose your appointment and lose your deposit (Another deposit will be required before re-booking any appointments)

2025 NEW WORKING HOURS⏰

As of 01/01/2025, our new working hours will be 10am - 4pm.

Commencing January 2025, drop offs AFTER 4pm and upto 5pm will be at our discretion and will incur an out of hours fee of:
•£15 for short and smooth coats
•£30 for all other coat types

This additional fee MUST be paid at the time of booking and is NON REFUNDABLE.

🤔What if you already have an appointment booked in 2025 after 4pm?
All current bookings will be honoured with NO additional fee.

Puppy graduate, Chewy🎓

From day 1 Chewy has certainly been a confident little boy! He has excelled on his puppy package and is a complete natural in the salon taking the whole process and different noises in his stride🥰
He’s a dream to work with and certainly provides some laughter with his funny antics when the toy box comes out🎾

We’re looking forward to seeing him continue to flourish and grow☺️
