Puppy graduate, Snoopy🎓

From day 1 of entering the salon, Snoopy has always been a super confident boy. Throughout his package we’ve worked on keeping him confident and comfortable while introducing him to the noises and practices in the grooming environment. It’s safe to say he’s absolutely smashed it and taken it all in his stride!🩵☺️

So much so he’s learnt how to take the lid off the treat box😂

We’ve had great success with Sydney and the pet remedy plug in diffuser in our salon. The difference it made was absolutely phenomenal☺️ Here’s a little review from her mum:

“Hi, Sydneys human here!

It had been a few months since Syd had been groomed and she was more nervous than usual, despite Sam’s kind and gentle manner. Then Sam turned on the Pet Remedy diffuser and after about 15 mins, Syd seemed to calm right down! After 30 mins she was running around and stealing brushes like the sassy little thing she usually is!

It was really nice to see Sydney relaxed enough to be herself and I will 100% put a few sprays on Sydney before the next groom and I’m sure Sam will have the diffuser on already for us!”

We always try to do everything we can to help our clients feel relaxed and create a positive experience! Raffles has always found grooming very stressful but for just over a year we have been working slowly to build his confidence! We had a great break through on his last groom where he came in very happy, took treats from us, played ball and offered us his front legs voluntarily and didn’t pull them back!🥳 This is such big progress for this little boy!
