You might have seen the news lately about the CMA investigation into the UK Veterinary sector. At Appleton Hall vets, we welcome the conversation!
As a family-run, independent practice, transparency isn't a new policy for us, it's how we have always done things. Here's the lowdown and what this means for you and your furry family members:
😺 Fairness first: whilst the government is looking a price caps for things like written prescriptions, we are proud to say our fees are generally lower than the suggested limits (our prescription fee is £15.60).
🐶 No "corporate" stress: we don't answer to a boardroom; we answer to you. Our priority is your pets health, not our bottom line.
🐰 Total transparency: we promise to always discuss treatment plans and costs upfront. We are here to work with you to find the best care for your budget.
You aren't just "customers" to us, you are part of our family. We love what we do and we are proud of the care our amazing team provides every single day ❤️
