🐾 A Quick Update from us 🐾

Hello, wonderful Croft Cats customers! 😺

We wanted to take a moment to explain why you haven’t seen as many social media updates from us lately. As much as we love sharing photos of your adorable fur babies, our top priority is making sure they’re all happy, healthy, and well cared for during their stay. 🧡

Croft Cats is currently full, which means every cat here requires lots of attention, love, and care. As you can imagine, with so many furry guests, there’s always a lot of cleaning, feeding, and cuddling to be done, leaving less time for social media updates. 📸

To add to the challenge, Jo, our great owner, was recently in the hospital for a week, after feeling unwell for a considerably long period of time. Thankfully, Jo is on the mend and is trying to help by responding to our very busy online inboxes, but this has meant our small family team has had to work extra hard to keep everything running smoothly.

I, Brodie, have been doing my best to manage all my other responsibilities alongside assisting with the Cattery and handling our marketing. It’s been a bit of a juggling act, especially with Jo’s recovery, and there have been many late nights (sometimes up until midnight!) making sure all the cats are happy, clean, and comfortable. 🕛

Rest assured, your cats are in great hands with our team of 4. We know that most cats can take up to 3 days to fully settle in, but we would always contact you if there were any concerns. The well-being of your pets is our top priority, and we’re doing everything we can to ensure they receive the best care possible.

Thank you for your understanding and patience. We appreciate your continued support and promise to get back to sharing more regular photos and updates as soon as we can.

Hi everyone, Brodie here! Due to recent customer confusion with our online forms, we’ve made some changes. To ensure smooth bookings and no more mix-ups, all forms now need to be completed on-site.

Key Points:

New Customers: Please visit us during our opening hours to fill out the necessary forms.

Existing Customers: No need to worry, we already have your paperwork!

Booking: Call us at 01925 764862 to check availability. If we're busy, leave a voicemail and we’ll get back to you ASAP.

Deposit payments: Can be made via card or cash when you come to complete the forms or via bank transfer over the phone.
