❄️Weather Disruptions!❄️

Hi everyone! I am back to it from today but, as most of you know, it has snowed! The weather is going to cause disruptions and I may have to push appointments a little later. Please be understanding if I do need to do this. It is nobody's fault and I would much rather be running late and ensure everyone arrives safely. If you do not feel safe driving on the roads, I am happy to reschedule. Be safe everyone 🙏

I hope you are all enjoying the festive period!

I am currently in Austria with my family and will be answering any messages when I get home.

Can I kindly please remind anyone that has missed an appointment, whether not showing or not giving adequate cancellation notice, full payment is required or all future appointments will be cancelled and you will be taken off my client list. It may seem harsh but grooming your dogs is my only income and I do have a list of potential new clients waiting for appointments.

May I also please remind you that you are responsible for your own appointments and time keeping. If you have failed to show for your appointment because I have not sent a reminder text, that is on you! I do run the business alone as well as running my home and raising my son, I honestly try my best but it is not always possible.
