Good friends of mine manage and run a care home.
They kept 2 little chicken's which as you can imagine was fantastic for the residence. They adored them!

Unfortunately, one of the chickens has been had by the local fox 😔 Now they are down to just one chicken. Because of funds or lack of them they are not in a position to be able to purchase a replacement.

We was hoping one of you lovely people maybe able to kindly donate a replacement. You'd make the residence of the home VERY happy.

Could everyone please share this post... if you can't help, one of your friends or their friends may be able to or know someone who can.

This cut deep today hearing of the passing of the woman, the myth, the legend that was Josie Butterworth.

Many of people including myself called her the Queen of Warrington Market. Market Royalty indeed.
Josie was such a lovely lady and easily snook a way into the hearts of everyone that knew her. I was very fond of her indeed.

May you rest in eternal peace our Queen, back with your Mike! 🥺😢❤️

Amazing! One of our Amano Shrimp is carrying hundreds/ thousands of eggs. We won't be having any babies but truly incredible to see 🤩

Did you know...
It was once considered impossible to breed Amano Shrimp in captivity. Remarkably, even though they live in fresh water once the Mother Shrimp is ready to drop her eggs to hatch, she will move into Salt Water where the babies will hatch and grow up in before heading back to Fresh Water!

Today marks 3 years since 'Murtle' the Turtle I rescued went to his forever home on the Kent Coast. Today I recieved these pictures from Jude (his owners). He's still thriving and going strong. He appears to have grown a lot too! :) 🐢
