Hedgehog populations are on the decline, due to habitat loss. Not only do they have to contend with over development and less food sources, they also have to be more aware of vehicles than ever before ๐
Luckily there are things you can do to help:
- Provide a home for them in your gardens
- Offer a good quality Hedgehog food
- Provide fresh drinking water ๐ฐ
- Be vigilant, and report any individuals out in daylight hours to your local animal centre (this normally indicates ill health)
