Owner Claire Bugler was with us today to take herRECORD ZINFANDEL off home for a well deserved and happy retirement. A really game little lady who overcame injuries to both her Achilles tendons to still come back and race A2. We'll miss you PATSY, but thanks for all your efforts and some great memories.b❤️

This is what I love about Greyhound Racing. The interaction between the dogs and their Owners and families. Nothing better for all involved. My grandson can't wait for Sundays to come around and see his Dads retired hound King. ❤️

A big HAPPY 12TH BIRTHDAY to the Legend that is CASUAL GENT. Living a fabulous life with one of his Owners Bobby Thomson and wife Allison in Edinburgh. What this dog gave to Liz and Myself personally is immeasurable. Friends forged for life. Love ya Gent 🤜🤛❤️

Everything comes to those who wait. HELICOPTER MOLLY gets up close home for her first win just over a year due to injury before joining us. Huge thanks to her Owners for there patience, to physio Rob Meek and to my Team who together, have perform miracles in the past 3 months or so in her rehabilitation.

My Grandson Josh was over first thing to see his 6 month old MAGICAL BALE pup OJ, and then give his great grandads dog Builders King a walk and a cuddle. Love it when the young uns get involved.

So just a few a minutes ago, Liz and I and the 7 Hounds engaged at Monmore last night return safely to our Village Farm base in Warwickshire. This was only 15 minutes short of 11 hours after the Van stopped in the middle of the island on the A41, above Junction 1 on the M5. So precarious a stopping place was this was this that the Police arrived and sat behind us for the next 1 hour and 40 minutes. Then a recovery truck arrrived, but they took us just 350yds off the Roundabout to West Bromich BP Service Station. And there we sat, and we sat. Until 7.45am infact, when the AA relay lorry arrived and took us home. To say I'm frustrated and annoying would be a massive under statement. Liz and I are now back working with our Team with no sleep, the show must go on. Thanks to all that have wished well and message in support, much appreciated. 🙏
