Another year gone and I want to wish all my lovely customers, the two legged and the furry ones for all your support. I am happy and sad as I have gained new customers and lost a few, which always makes me sad when we lose our dogs. so please have a lovely Christmas and I hope 2024 is kind to us all....###x

Due to the fact I have had a number of no shows lately, I now feel that it is time to introduce a fee for wasted time and loss of earnings. I am very sorry to do this but I have been very lenient for a long time and can no longer afford to take a cut in wages due to other people's inconsideration.
So going forward if I don't have 24 hours notice to cancel an appointment, there will be a flat charge of £15 that will be payable before booking another appointment. I know things occur and sometimes emergencies happen, this will obviously be taken into consideration. But please understand that I have taken a long time to introduce this and have always tried to accommodate to help if there is a problem but lately it has been inexcusable with no phone call or apologies.

This boy has come such a long way, he was from many tears rescue and was very shut down. Over the last couple of years we have worked so hard to gain trust and get to where we are today, I am so proud of him and what we have achieved, when he first came we had to clip him off but it was a no go with feet, but in all that time he has never shown one ounce of aggression. Love this boy...💙💙💙

Meet Panda, 11 months old 😍 she nearly defeated myself and Lynn as heavy and stubborn was not the word! But we achieved our goal to turn her out clean and smelling gorgeous 🥰 just need to work on our muscles for next time as she still has some growing to do!!🫣🤣🥰🥰
