Good morning folks. I hope you are all staying alert! We are tentatively reopening and have reworked 8 weeks of cancelled appointments I’ve personally contacted nearly everyone and reappointed. We’ve done a few test runs and we’re using the Scruffy To Fluffy gates as the social distance. I’ve personally explained our new procedures. Essentially come through first gate remove all the doggies paraphernalia. I open second gate doggies run through. We put them straight in the bath no prepping. We’re all PPE’d up. Thanks for your patience & thank you for waiting. Feel free to text me personally with any questions. Here we go then the “new normal dog grooming process has begun” keep calm carry on! We’ll get there !

Good morning everyone. I hope you are all safe and well and coping. The Government review yesterday was far from clear ! At this time we remain mostly closed. We are reviewing our very long list of cancelled appointments and prioritising those dogs we consider urgent. All current appointments this week are cancelled I will re-appoint and contact everyone individually with a personal update and allocate new appointments where possible. Thank you very much for your understanding at this extremely challenging time for all of us. 💜🌈💜

Following the Prime Ministers instructions tonight Scruffy To Fluffy will be closed until it’s safe and we are allowed to reopen.

Well folks due to the mild winter I seem to be pulling a lot of these pesky creatures off your dogs. Time for Seresto collars I think. I don't like having to use these but in my opinion it's the least of the two evils! I can't bear the thought of Lyme disease or Babiosis carrying ticks 😱I encourage you to use Seresto Collars.
