Unfortunately we have had a deceased cat brought into us involved in a road traffic accident, we have searched the microchip but the contact details are not up to date, Beatrix was a black and white cat whose date of birth was July 2019 and was found on London Road by Christchurch Gardens, if you have any details please get in touch with us.

Unfortunately due to the amount of time it is now taking to process insurance claims we have have had to take the decision to start charging for the service, it is something many practices have been doing for years and we have tried to hold off doing so for a very long time.

The charge will be £30 for the first claim and £20 for continuation claims, this will come into force from 1st February and will need to be paid before the claim is completed.

We hope you can understand this was a difficult decision and appreciate your support.

Just to say Happy New Year to everyone, thankyou for your support over the last year, it’s an extremely tough time for small, independent businesses at the moment , your kind words and support really is appreciated. Especially thankyou to our staff who even when it seems the difficult days outweigh the good ones - keep coming in everyday and do the very best they can for your pets. The veterinary world has changed beyond recognition over the past few years, with the cost of running our practice tripling per month being one of them.
