PLEASE plan ahead when booking your appointments especially routines such as boosters, neutering etc, we are the busiest we have ever been and we will always try our best to fit clients in but we cannot perform miracles!
We have staff holidays/ sickness to deal with like all small businesses, and we can only do what we can do! We are an independent practice and do not have several branch practices that we can pass you on too.
Please also ring us with at least 24 hours notice for medication requests.
We need to leave enough space everyday to be able to see emergencies and these of course take priority over routine appointments, our staff are doing the best they can please treat them with the respect they deserve, thankyou.

Whilst we try and keep costs down to our clients we inevitably have to incurr cost increases to the products we buy. We are a sole independent practice and we do not get the discounts that the corporate practices receive , we also cannot even dream of buying our products as cheaply as some of the internet drug companies charge.
Our monthly drug bill has almost doubled over the last year and regularly costs tens of thousands of pounds, in order for us to stay open we have no choice but to pass these on to our clients.
On top of this we have staff to pay, electricity bills,phone bills,upgrading of equipment, huge HMRC bills, the list goes on.
So please, try and think of this before complaining/shouting and abusing our staff, we are doing the best we can, the majority of our clients are understanding but to the people that aren’t please think before you criticise and tar us with the ‘vets are only out to make money ‘ brush. Thankyou

We have had lots of interest in this years dog show at the Waterlooville Summer Fete on Sunday 23rd June!

Below are the times and categories for the dog show:

12.15 - Puppy (up to 12 months)
12.30 - Prettiest Female
12.45 - Handsome Male
13.00 - Golden Oldie (over 8 yrs)
13.15 - Best Rescue
13.30 - Dog the judge would like to take home!
13.45 - Best 6 legs (owner like dog)
Then - final prize goes to BEST IN SHOW!

You can turn up and register from 10am and it's £2.50 to enter!

Another massive thank you to the brilliant Kelley who owns the The Doggy Centre. She will be running the dog show for us on the day, giving up her time to help this community event - all money raised from the dog show will be going towards the Waterlooville Community Events future events!

Also a big thank you to the wonderful Husse Pet Supplies - Meon Valley who are sponsoring the dog show with all of the prizes - they will be there selling their high quality pet food, toys & offering nutritional advice on the day too so please do say hello!

Good Afternoon All,
With a heavy heart we write this post, we are looking for the owner of a cat that was brought into us today.
A lovely member of the public brought a cat into us that had been hit by a car on Mill Lane, PO7 5SA.
The cat is unfortunately not micro chipped and we are hoping to notify the owners.
The cat brought into us was :
*White with tabby patches
*Female
*Domestic Short Hair
