New Year, New Muirburn! Say hello to Muirburn Holiday Boarding for Dogs & Cats!

We've updated our name and website to showcase the services we provide for dogs and cats from across the south. We hope to be able to once again welcome both old and new faces to board with us in 2021.

In the meantime, we wish everyone the best, and please remember to stay safe.

We are very pleased to say Minstrel has found a new home! However, we are still struggling to find a nice retirement home for our dear Maggie. She truly deserves a nice warm bed and to be loved for the remainder of her life. As you can see, her age (15) does not stop her and she is a very energetic, happy little lady.🥰

(Please excuse me having a conversation with her....)

❗️ NEW HOME NEEDED ❗️

This is Maggie. She is 15 years young. Due to unfortunate circumstances, she is desperately looking for a new retirement home. She loves nothing more than being in a warm bed and being fed tasty treats! She is very low maintenance and is happy to sleep most of the day.

Maggie can be a tad temperamental and doesn’t like her face being touched (hence her mucky chops!)

Due to increasing numbers of Covid cases, we will no longer be able to accept bedding or toys from home. We have plenty of bedding on site, so don’t worry - your pooch/cat will be warm and cosy!

🎃 We can’t believe it’s almost October! 🎃
What a crazy year it has been. We are happy to say we are still open, and taking all necessary precautions to protect everyone and all the animals in our care.

🚨MISSING CAT - HELP FIND LEILA🚨

This is LEILA. She is a very tiny 2 year old ‘chocolate’ Abyssinian cat with bright green eyes. She has gone missing from the ROWLANDS CASTLE area but could have travelled to surrounding woodland areas/neighbouring villages. PLEASE keep your eyes peeled!

Leila is very very small, and super friendly. If you find her please contact us straight away.

Just a quick update for you all!
🐾 We are OPEN.
🐾 Viewing of the kennels/cattery is allowed, but we ask you to call ahead and book a ‘viewing appointment’ to avoid the risk of spreading the virus (only one adult per household is permitted to be shown around at this time).
🐾 There is hand sanitiser available at reception - please use as you wish!
🐾 We politely ask that you inform us if you no longer need your booking for either grooming or boarding.
