kṛṣi-go-rakṣya-vāṇijyaṁ
vaiśya-karma svabhāva-jam

This translates to “Farming, cow protection and business are the natural work for the vaiśyas” (Bhagavad-gītā, 18.44)

Does this include bulls?

Śrīla Prabhupāda often mentioned that both cows and bulls need our protection. Have a look at this! 👇🏽

Puṣṭa Kṛṣṇa: But otherwise, when Kṛṣṇa says go-rakṣya, He means the female, the cow, giving milk.

Prabhupāda: Go means species, means both bull and cow.

In the Bhagavad-gītā (18.44) there is a clear injunction that cows should be protected: kṛṣi-gorakṣya-vāṇijyaṁ vaiśya-karma svabhāva-jam. “The duty of vaiśyas is to produce agricultural products, trade and give protection to cows.” - Śrīla Prabhupāda 🤎
