😻Did you know that from 10th June 2024 it will be compulsory to have your cat microchipped 😻

To help our clients comply with the new laws we will be offering a special promotional price for all cats to be microchipped at half price between the dates 9th May – 21st May 2024.

To book one of these appointments with our nursing team, please call the practice on 01953 889750 please be advised these appointments are for our existing clients only.

Don’t worry if you are not a client of ours as Feline Care Cat Rescue are offering appointments for a special price to help everyone get their cats microchipped, they can be contacted via their page and following the link they have provided.

Found on Dye road on the signals estate in watton.
Young tortoise shell female around 6 months old
Green collar with green bell and white paw prints
No microchip

This gorgeous boy came in today for castration - he is a Maine C**n and a big boy weighing in at over 7kg!
He had lots of cuddles with the staff at Knotts Yard today and was very happy despite going home slightly lighter than when he came in! 🐾

This beautiful litter of Doberman puppies have been coming in over the past few days for 1st vaccinations and microchips.
We had to do them in two lots as mum had a very big litter of 13!

Microchipping is now a legal requirement for dogs in the UK.
It is also very important to get puppies vaccinated to protect them against nasty diseases and infections such as Leptospirosis and Parvovirus.

We hope these (big!) bundles of joy are all happy in their forever homes ❤️

Meet Bramble - a gorgeous Cockerpoo who has been visiting Knotts Yard recently to fix her broken leg!
We have come to the end of her healing process with us but she will be starting on some physio at home.

Bramble has been a star patient throughout her time at Knotts Yard and the nurses are very fond of her!
We all wish Bramble the best of luck in the rest of her recovery. ❤️

This little boy was found and brought into us last week in a very bad way, cold and barely alive. With lots of care and love from the team, he is now thriving and ‘Wilson’ has now found his forever home ❤️

We visited Knott's Yard Veterinary Practice for a staff workshop on dog body language & the handling of nervous dogs. The staff are wonderful & we had a great time!

We are looking for a receptionist with a positive can-do attitude, excellent communication skills and a love for animals to join our team.
Previous experience working in a busy reception environment, managing phone calls and cash handling is desirable. Experience in handling sensitive and confidential information, as well as using IT systems would also be advantageous. This is an environment which is often emotionally stressful for clients and pets. The ability to remain calm, confident, and friendly under pressure is essential.
This is a full-time position - 38 hours over 4 days and 1 in 4 Saturday

In light of our Queens passing and her funeral being held on Monday 19th September, the practice will be closed.

For any emergencies please contact our out of hours provider, Taverham Vets.
