We ( Nicky, John and Leanne ) would just like to wish all our customers, past and present , a very Merry Christmas and a Happy new year ! We appreciate every single person and furry friend that has used our services this year and hope to see you all again in 2024. The generosity shown this month with gifts and tips has been overwhelming and we thank you from the bottom of our hearts. It means so much !
A sad farewell , as always, to those we have lost! Run free over rainbow bridge ! You will never be forgotten.

The doors are closed on 2020... ! It’s been the most challenging year I’ve ever known , but we did it! I’ve got the most amazing husband and best friend I could ever wish for that makes up our team! John and leanne have pulled me through this year to end on a high with a fantastic December!
I want to thank everyone that has continued to support us , you’ve all been so understanding and spurred us on through the lockdowns and tighter restrictions! We hope that 2021 brings everyone health, happiness and freely available hugs 😁
Goodbye and rip to our beautiful furry friends that are no longer with us! We will never forget you!

Still not home.. come on Buttons, Lauren’s waiting for you ❤️

Hi guys, sorry to disturb you all! Our cat buttons hasn’t come home since last night! So unusual for her! Normally just a trip out to the cemetery ( Beebee Rd) as she can access it from here! If anyone sees her around Wednesbury north area, especially old park school, franchise st , beech Rd and beech crescent , please get in touch! She hasn’t a collar but is microchipped and spayed! Our daughter is so so upset! Praying hard she comes home safe 🙏🏻❤️

As we head towards Christmas with so much hope for spending time with our loved ones again, I just wanted to gently remind you to prebook your Christmas appts! Lots of days are already fully booked but drop me a message and I’ll do my best to accommodate you!
Last week was so very stressful waiting to find out if we could remain open during this second lockdown, and thank goodness we can ! So if lockdown does continue, we can ensure the welfare of our fur babies is maintained!

Please please try and stick to drop off/ collection times! I understand logistics can sometimes be difficult but we are trying hard to socially distance still and perform extra cleaning tasks in between customers.

Evening everyone! The “6 weeks holiday”is fast approaching and some people still plan to get away during this period of time! Our holiday was cancelled but we still intend to take a few days here and there to make some precious memories. Please book in advance if u require an appt so we don’t disappoint!
And , if possible, give us some notice for cancelled appts so we can offer them out to others who are waiting!
