Well that had some size to it
40x40 L shaped loft that was an absolute mammoth of a loft to erect between the 3 of us over 2 and a half days graft
If there was a better spec timber it was used on this one
4x2 floor joists topped with best marine ply
Not the standard 19 match board but the 22mm
All the rear walls ply lined with not the normal 5.5 but 9 mm ply
And to top it he will be fitting his own pvc French doors at a later date
