Ace and Rose owned by Hound Treks Daventry came in for their teeth clean today 😁
Although their teeth were already very well looked after there was some plaque build up on the molar teeth on both dogs. Because they were already used to having their teeth brushed they both allowed me to work inside their mouths using the Emmipet toothbrush. The ultrasonic toothbrush helped to break down a lot of this plaque making it easier to scrape off 👌 regular teeth cleaning can prevent costly vet trips and the risks associated with anaesthetics. Ace and Rose will be back for a maintenance clean in 10 weeks 😁🦷🪥🐾🐶

I had the pleasure of grooming this elderly gentlemen today, I feel sure he’s feeling the benefits 😊
We amended the groom as standing was exhausting for him. We took regular breaks and he napped when he could lay down 💖

Monday, Tuesdays and Fridays we are based in Welford. Wednesdays and Thursdays we are based in the Snowpaw store at Wistow Rural Centre 👌

First teeth clean is £40, this includes the dogs own toothbrush head, a full clean of the teeth and a tube of Orozyme dental hygiene gel to use at home in between cleans.

Just my dog …..
He is my other eyes that can see above the clouds;
My other ears that hear above the winds.
He is the part of me that can reach out into the sea. He has told me more than a thousand times over that I am his reason for being by the way he rests against my leg; by the way he thumps his tail at my smallest smile; by the way he shows his hurt when I leave without taking him. (I think it makes him sick with worry when he is not along to care for me).
When I am wrong, he is delighted to forgive.
When I am angry, he clowns to make me smile.
When I am happy, he is joy unbounded.
When I am a fool, he ignores it.
When I succeed, he brags.
Without him, I am only another person.
With him, I am all powerful.
He is loyalty itself.
He has taught me the meaning of devotion.

Not just grooming and walking!
Whilst grooming this elderly but sprightly beautiful lady, we noticed a nasty ear infection. As her lovely owner is currently housebound she made use of our dog taxi service. The dog was picked up taken to the vets, escorted in, supported and comforted during her consultation and returned home. Full debrief of consultation and plan given to owner on drop off. Follow up appointment made and taxi service booked for follow up 👍⛑️🐾🐶🐕
