Cookie❤️ My last groom with this beautiful girl, I’m going to miss her!🥹
Cookie is moving house so our time together has come to an end. I wish everyone could see the gentle giant she is, nothing angers me more than how misinterpreted this breed is💔 Bully breeds will always hold a special place in my heart! Luckily Cookie will now be looked after by Holly Dial A Dog Wash Rochester for her grooms so she’s in the best hands💗

Grooming isn’t always about making a dog look perfect…
In this case Ozzie the rescue needed a lot of love and reassurance during his grooming. He was badly matted & very nervous. But with a little bit of love, I did all i could and he’ll be finished off at the vets where it’ll be safer for him & me🤍
Then with regular grooming we can continue to grow a bond where he fully trusts me.

Some loving goes a long way🥲🥰

❤️XL BULLY BREEDS❤️

Dear Existing / New Customers,
We both at Dial a Dog Wash Kent & Dial A Dog Wash Rochester, do not agree with the recent banning of XL bully breeds. Our experience with this breed has only ever been positive. They are big softies who just want love & attention and we hate the fact they get such a bad rep! We absolutely adore grooming any type of Bully breed!

Therefore, we both have a new insurance policy in place, so that we can continue to welcome and work with any XL bully breed🥰

As much as we wish there were no restrictions at all, we do have to follow some guidelines so we can groom bully breeds.. they are as followed:
1. The dog is registered with the index of exempted dog (IED) and a copy of the life certificate is obtained and provided to us in the event of a claim.
2. A copy of the public liability insurance certificate for the dog is obtained and provided to us in the event of a claim.
3. The dog handler ratio is 1:1 with their handler at all times
4. The dog is Neutered – in line with Government Rules
5. The dog is Micro Chipped
6. The dog is kept on a lead and muzzled at all times when arriving at your complex
7. The dog is treated on your private property and is secured and cannot escape.

All dogs get a chance with us, no matter the breed!
