‼️‼️URGENT INFORMATION FOR RESCUE ORGANISATIONS WITH XL BULLIES ‼️‼️

From the 1st of January the transfer of legal ownership of an xl in England and wales becomes illegal however it only becomes illegal to have an xl who is not yet exempt on the 1st if feb meaning that rescues can legally hold on to your xl's until the end of January and wait for the outcome of the judicial review hearing. Legally you do not have to euthanise your dogs on the 1st.

Please use this time to keep your babies safe and look for options outside of England wales ... REMEMBER transferring ownership is only illegal in English and wales. Dogs can legally be moved out of England and wales and ownership signed over in whatever country they have been moved to .
