I might come back when Covid 19 is over with or when I received my Vaccine. If you would like a dog walker then please private message me in July 2021 and I can let you know if I am back up and running again and if I am able help you. If I do start again then it will only be Wellingborough local areas as I don't drive. Dog will only be off the lead if I feel comfortable too and it will just be 1-1, the dog and me and a lovely park for a lovely scroll. Thanks all. Keep safe.

Hi all! I am so sorry to announce that Dog's and Pup's and Wagging Tail's is closing.
I will no longer be a dog walker. I will be canceling my insurance in the next 2 weeks. This hasn't been an easy descion and I didn't rush into this descion.
I lost my job that I was in for four year's back in July because of Covid 19 so I started my own dog walking business around the same time. Dog walking was a dream of mine for over a year. It's been a difficult time to get clients due with Covid 19 and I thought I could work by foot because I am unable to drive. Unfortunately it hasn't planned out as I would of hoped.
I have had one client though as you all will know called Mabel the beautiful Cockapoo and she is so lovely and I will genuinely miss her. Also the mum and dad (owner's) were the nicest owner's I could of worked for. I do hope they can find a good dog walker who can provide a service that I am unable to offer.
I am not saying "Dogs and Pup's Wagging Tail's" is closed forever as I may start up again if Covid 19 is gone or when I have had my Covid 19 vaccine as Covid 19 has been a worry and a concern for me. It's best for us to all keep safe. Also I may start up again if I haven't got another job by then.
I won't be deleting this page but I won't be coming back on this Facebook account including this page anymore unless I decide in the future to try out dog walking again. If I do decide to come back in business then I will post and I will let you all know. Thank's all for liking my page and thank you to Hayley and her family for trusting me with Mabel. Unfortunately I will only be doing dog walking. However if you are staying home in this lockdown then it's best I don't walk the dog. As it's best to keep eachother safe. I am unable to offer dog sitting for now and unfortunately I won't be taking on any more clients because we have moved to Teir 5 (this midnight) . Soon as we are out of Teir 5 and you need a dog walker/sitter then please message me. Thank-you

Their are many places that I can take them in Wellingborough for example Croyland park, Croyland gardens, Swanspool gardens, Basset park and many other places. Care plans (not if it's only dog walking) - you will be given a communication book (writing pad) where we can keep each other updated.

Please, please, please, do not give Rawhide treats to your dogs this Christmas, or anytime!

"We nearly lost our 2 year old cocker spaniel due to him having a very large blockage in his stomach. Rawhide is not digestible so can build up in the stomach and also cause damage to the intestine. If we hadn’t taken him to the emergency vets on Sunday where they operated straight away it could have been a very different outcome. Charlie is now on the mend but may have to have another operation as he has damage to his intestine. The picture show just a small amount that they removed from his stomach (there was a lot more not shown in the picture).The vets bill came to 1600 which luckily we could pay and claim back on our insurance but not everyone could afford this and it would be heartbreaking for them if the only choice they had was to put their pet to sleep. All sale of Rawhide should be banned!!"

In addition, much as you hate to waste Turkey or Chicken bones, and your doggy is drooling, please, do not give cooked bones to dogs either.

Chicken and Turkey bones can splinter like timber, and can cause severe internal damage.

Other cooked bones are also dangerous, and very sharp, and can lodge in the gums.

The bin is the only place for bones, and out of scent and access to your furries.

If you want to treat your pets this Christmas, please only get Pet safe treats from a good Pet shop or your Vet Clinic.

Also remember, keep chocolate well out of reach too, as this is highly toxic.

I made my donation and I felt absolute guilt afterwards. I felt I needed to do more so I donated another £10.30

So I've now donated £20.60 in total to help stop animal abuse e.g Dog farms! :( I know it's not much but it's what I can afford to do in the long run and in the long run it will help an amazing, AMAZING charity to keep going especially in this Covid suitation were all facing and it will help to afford treatments for the animals that are in need.

Please if you can afford something even if it's just 99p then please help. It can be a one off payment if you can't afford monthly. Their is so much unnecessary animal abuse out their that MUST stop. Thankyou!!

I really do love my job. Here are some lovely pictures of my client Mable who is a Cockapoo puppy. I look after her every week and it's a joy to care for her. Here are some photo's (slide-show) of her outside and her playing with her favourite toy, sausages!

DOG’S AND PUP’S WAGGING TAIL’S

I consider my self to be a genuine, reliable and a kind person. I am an animal lover. I am fully insured and DBS checked (basic disclosure). I only work in the NN8 area’s of Wellingborough, Northant’s sorry.

Packages: (All at the same fixed prices of 30 mins for £5 and 1 hr for £10)

Dog walking: p**p bags are provided by my self. We can have a meeting and I can pick up the keys at the same time. Key’s will be kept safe. Treat’s must be provided by owner.

Dog care : I will clean up after the dog and my self. Walk the dog. Feed the dog. Play with the dog and give the dog lots of attention. P**p bags and a communication book is provided by my self. A communication book is a writing pad so my self and the client can write notes to update each-other with as well by mobile. If interested give me a call and we can have a face to face meeting and if were both happy then I will arrange another day to collect the key’s. Keys will be kept safe. Treats and food needs to be provided by the client.
