Avenue Pet Grooming My name is Kay and I offer a one to one grooming experience. I work from my home grooming small and medium dogs.

We offer a home from home experience for you dogs, on a 1 to 1 basis, where your dogs are never left alone. The shampoos we use are vegan and have a mild formula that’s kind to skin, while the aloe vera and pro-vitamin B5 enhances, conditions and looks after your dogs coats. All grooms are discussed with the owners prior to grooming and are carried out to the owners specific requirements, whilst working with your dogs best interest at heart.

Due to health reasons I have had to make the decision to reduce my working hours.

From January I will be working Mondays & Fridays 9am to 3pm.

I will no longer be able to offer hand stripping or groom large dogs.

Unfortunately, due to the rise in the cost of living, there will also be a price increase of around 10%. This is to enable me to continue using the same high quality grooming products and cover my increased grooming related bills.

I will also be changing from an online booking system to a paper diary. So please pop your appointments in your calendars to avoid missed appointments.

There will be a £20 missed appointment charge if cancelled with less than 48hrs notice, and for no shows a 100% non refundable deposit will also be required. These will need to be paid within 24 hrs of booking any future appointments, failure to do so will result in the appointment being given to someone else.

I hope you all understand why I have had to make these changes. This is my only source of income and I have bills to pay so I cannot afford to keep losing money.

Please message me if you would like any more information. I will be back on Monday 6th January, although I will not be taking phone calls until then I will do my best to answer texts.
