We will have availability for a Part or Full 5 day livery from the end of February which would suit a well behaved equines and their friendly owners. Our yard consists of;

• Scott’s & Monarch stables with rubber matting and self filling drinkers
• CCTV
• Alarmed heated tack rooms with CCTV
• Separate rug rooms
• Galvanized feed bin areas
• 365 days a year turnout
• Summer & winter paddocks with self filling water troughs
• Turnout in small groups or pairs
• Individual turnout also available
• Flood lit 60m x 20m flat work menage
with silica sand and fibre surface
• Andrew Bowens Propell, Wax surface
60m x 30m arena, complete with a full
set of show jumps
•.Lunge pen with Andrew Bowen Wax
surface ideal for lunging or loose
schooling.
• Off road riding consists of a 6m grass
track around 140 acres at Manor Farm.
• Small private wooded area leading to
the road and then onto a good network
of bridleways being just a short hack
away.
• Farrier bay
• Wash bay
• Solarium
• Trailer parking
• Owner on site
• Hay included in livery price

Weekend yard staff required for our busy private livery yard.

We are looking for an additional staff member to assist on Saturday & Sundays 7am to 10am & 3pm - 4pm
The right candidate must have experience and be confident working with all types of horses. Duties will include, turning horses out (plus rugging during the winter months) mucking out, haynet filling, feed preparation, occasional poo picking, bringing horses in and feeding. Own transport is a must.

Freelance person required to cover yard duties from Sat 13th to Sat 20th July 2024 inclusive. Must be confident in dealing with all types of horses including stallions.

Today we had our monthly visit with the lovely Helen @ Pro Equestrian Theraplate Bedfordshire. Two of the horses were new to the theraplate, however they quickly relaxed & seemed to enjoy the experience along with the treats Helen had to hand. 😊

A busy afternoon yesterday spent with the lovely Helen@ Pro Equestrian Theraplate Bedfordshire who provided theraplate sessions for 14 of our lovely well behaved liveries. All horses were relaxed and loved the treats Helen supplied. Can't recommend Helen enough. The benefits & results of these sessions are amazing.
