Hi Andy,
Just thought I’d message you and let you know how my first day out this season was.
He was a bloody star!
Didn’t get much picking up but the ones he did pick I couldn’t be more happier with. He had a tricky pick in a goyle but he tried his hardest!
Had a great retrieve in a field of guns.
I sent him out and he brought back a heavy c**k bird.
I had a massive grin, couldn’t be more happy with how well he’s come along👌🏼

Although I know many handlers have no intention of competing in either a test or a trial, it is important to know that there is no difference in the training of dog accompanying you on the shoot, to that of a dog destined to be a champion.
Both method and effort are identical.

To think differently is a fallacy and often used as an excuse not to train the dog properly.

It's essential to train well, not only in order to maintain shoot etiquette but also so that we stand up to the scrutiny of anti shoot organisations.

Train hard work easy 👍

I have been made aware of a working c**ker spaniel through my partnership with Buddy's Rural Animal Rescue BRAR.

The only information I currently have is 16 weeks old KC registered so would be able to test/trial if so desired.

Complimentary lesson with me to start you off on the right path.

Any application to rehome would subsequently be made through BRAR
