We would like to wish all our customers a very Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year. This is also to say a HUGE thank all our customers for continuing to shop with us throughout this past year. Your support is genuinely very much appreciated.
The only changes to our opening hours for Christmas & New Year are:
Christmas Eve (Tues 24th)- we will be closing at 4pm.
Christmas Day & Boxing Day (Weds & Thurs) - closed
New Years Eve (Tues 31st) we will be closing at 4pm
New Years Day (Weds) - closed

Santa Paws - The Return! Don't forget Santa Paws is back tomorrow (Sat 14th Dec) in Natural Pets Of Wells, 18 Queen Street, from 10.30am till 1pm & from 2pm till 4pm. Please come along with your pets so you can take photos of them having a fuss and receiving a treat from Santa. You will also receive a gift to take home for your pets. All well behaved pets are welcome and there is no charge for this, it is just a bit of Christmas fun. Merry Christmas. 🎅

Santa Paws update - I will be a little late getting to my grotto today due to a bit of travel disruption for the sleigh! I'll be there by 11 o'clock this morning, and will be delighted to see any pets coming in for their photos, but please only come out today if it is safe for you and your pets. I'm there from 2 till 4 this afternoon as well, when hopefully these winds should have eased off a bit, and of course I'm back next Saturday 14th. Keep safe everyone 🎅

A message from Santa Paws: "Sorry this is a late post but I've just had a warning come through that Storm Darragh is on it's way tonight with very strong winds and lots of rain. As long as my sleigh doesn't get blown away and the storm has died down to a safe level for travel by morning, I'll still be there in Natural Pets Of Wells from 10.30 tomorrow (or today if you are reading this on Saturday morning). I'll bring plenty of towels, so if your doggy is soggy, don't worry,come on in and we can spruce him or her up before you take your photos. I'm Looking forward to seeing as many of your lovely pets as possible." 🎅

To all you lovely pets out there - don't forget to ask your humans to bring you to Natural Pets Of Wells on Saturday 7th or 14th between10.30 & 1 or 2 & 4 so they can take pictures of you while you get given tasty treats and a fuss from Santa Paws. There are gifts to bring home as well and it doesn't cost anything. The elves in the shop just want to see all of us pets coming along for a fun visit 🎅

OWNERS ARE WELCOME TO BRING ANY WELL BEHAVED PETS ALONG BETWEEN 10.30 TILL 1 & 2 TILL 4 TO TAKE PHOTOS OF THEIR PET BEING GIVEN A TREAT BY SANTA, PLUS YOU WILL ALSO RECEIVE A GIFT.

THERE IS NO CHARGE FOR THIS, IT IS JUST A BIT OF CHRISTMAS FUN. 🎅
