Would you be able to promote our little hennie 'Henniepops' who is in P.E.T.A's competition for 'best hen' - they all deserve to win but it would be great if Henniepops won.
Henniepops was very poorly when she came out of the horrible farm, so much so that we had to hand feed her and syringe water carefully in her beak for two months; she lived inside the house with us. The vets had given up on her but with a combination of alternative and conventional medicine and our hope/perseverance, she survived. When she took her first beakful of food standing up on her own two feet it was a truly happy day and thankfully she has gone on from strength to strength - she loves her dustbaths, eating oats and blueberries and is our little miracle.
She is already in our local paper The County Times (https://tinyurl.com/3fdkxexu) and has been asked to appear in S4C's Heno which is their evening magazine show, this has English subtitles so all of us can watch.
We'll let you know when she will appear on there.
