We have been changing to products over the last year. They have toiletries and household products that are vegan, cruelty-free and environmentally-friendly.The scent of all the products is lovely and the conditioner (for hair) pink grapefruit and aloe vera is thick and creamy and works getting knots out brilliantly and makes hair luscious and shiney - highly recommend https://minimlrefills.co.uk/collections/all

We have hens in our care that need great forever homes please contat us if you wold like to adopt some of these incredible critters! They are not free to good homes - like any other creature at our rescue they have a donation for each one, adoption form and upto date photos/videos are sent so we can see that where they are going is suitable - they deserve caring homes and to live with those that want hens and eggs NOT just eggs...........

Milly needs your help; this video shows her just hours after being found on the streets of the U.K a broken little dog aged 14 - whoever let her get in this mess is an animal abuser and hopefully will get their comeuppance someday - it cost us over £700 in vets bills to put her back together again, https://www.paypal.com/donate/?hosted_button_id=TGEV4V2C3LZHW she is now a happy little old lady who is quite sprightly on her walks and loves her food - please help us pay this vets bill and if you are interested in adopting her please contact us via F.B or [email protected] - she's a very special little lady who needs a very special home

Milly went to the vets again today (4th Oct) and other than her poorly eye she is doing well considering what she was like a week ago i.e the vets wanted to end her life. WE are SO pleased with her progress and cautiously optimistic; her vets bill is huge £700+ so if you can donate via the Donate button below the photo of Milly we would VERY MUCH appreciate anything large or small.

You can also do a money transfer, our bank details are Forget-Me-Not Animal Rescue at The Co-operative Bank, sort code 08-92-99, account number 65435474.

We are more than happy to send a copy of the vets bill for anyone who requires it.

Milly says everyone who donates will be personally thanked by her - she has her tiny paws at the ready 🐶🐾🐾 https://www.forgetmenotanimalrescue.org.uk/support.html

I may not be human, but I am experiencing pain just like you. My spine has been broken and my insides have been shattered, leaving me unable to move and in unbearable agony.
The agony is slowly consuming me, and I beg for your understanding. If you have any compassion, please capture creatures like me alive, keep me in a cage, and release me somewhere safe where I can cause no harm.
I pose no threat and will never hurt you.
I apologize for finding myself in your space, as I was looking for warmth and food. Please find it in your heart to forgive me and spare me a slow and painful death. 😔

BIG ANNOUNCEMENT 🤍

We’re excited to tell you that on October 9th at 19:00 we are releasing a powerful new short film on our YouTube channel made in collaboration with SPECIESISM.WTF 🤝

We named the film AKIN /a’kin/ because we want to emphasise how closely related we are to our fellow animals. We are all individuals who experience pain, suffering and deserve to be granted rights! The end result is a poignant reminder of our shared sentience.

The film combines the keen investigative insights of Animal Justice Project with the arts-based approach of SPECIESISM.WTF to capture the story of mother pigs imprisoned in farrowing crates ⛓️

We can’t wait to show it to you! 🙌

Millymoos UPDATE 26TH September 2024 - Ok so we have an update on dear tiny Milly - I had to fight for her life as vets wanted to put her to sleep; she had four of her worst teeth removed they were disgusting and causing her pain. She had been in the vets since Sunday (we picked her up from the awful kennels Saturday afternoon). SHE IS A TRUE FIGHTER! The photo is of her back safe with us this evening. The kennels allowed her to lose 1.25kg of her weight (that's a quarter) in a fortnight this is a disgrace. This evening I tried her with peanut butter which she turned her nose up on Saturday - she ate it and I cried!! Although she is looking at me as if to say ''Oy, where's that peanut butter mate???' it has to be a slowly , slowly progression with food as it may upset her tummy and come flying out the other end! We dread to think what the vets bill will be BUT when she ate that peanutbutter ball even though it was only the size of a marble it was worth it - You keep fighting tiny Millymoos x P.S check your dogs teeth or get a good vet to, I cannot emphasise enough how important it is - the one's removed from Milly actually crumbled from her mouth and were full of pus - I brought them back to take a photo to educate on dental hygiene for dogs (and owners!!) Thank you to everyone who sent their thoughts to Milly - I told her she's a Facebook star x
