When it’s hot Elsie makes it quite clear that she wants a shower. When I’m filling the water buckets, she lays down next to me and keeps putting her head in the bucket. I’m sure she would roll over if she could 😂

Had a huge surprise last night. My geriatric goat Tilly (pensioner in human terms) who hasn’t kidded for 4 years, has given birth to beautiful twin girls. We had no idea she was pregnant and had the vet out to her on Monday as she seemed unwell. The vet couldn’t find anything wrong with her and we now realise she was uncomfortable due to being in the last few days of her pregnancy. Bless her heart, she was always a brilliant mum 💕

This tiny girl was born 6 days ago and was very weak. She has been bottle fed at home since and is making great progress. She spends half hour twice a day with her mum and if she continues to get stronger, she should be able to rejoin the herd in a week or so 🤞. We have named her Twinkle, as she is a little star.

Our lovely Daphne had twins last night, a strapping boy and a tiny girl. All are doing well. I also had a surprise this morning to find our first time mum, Ruth, had given birth to a beautiful little girl. The vet scanned her and said she wasn’t pregnant, so what a lovely surprise 💕

"Trinket" was born with constricted tendons that made her front legs bowed, and today our lovely vet "Chris" has splinted them to hopefully straighten them. We were very worried how this would affect her, but as you can see from the video she is managing just fine bless her. Robo goat 😂

The girls are always playing pranks on Nick and today he got his own back. Sorry Chloe but had to post this as it was hilarious
