Our baby girl is home! 🏡 As some of my crew know our much loved family Labrador and resident Tails woof Ella was rushed to an emergency vet hospital in Solihull last Monday with liver failure. 💔😥 we have never seen our baby so, so poorly.
Last week was a week we never want to relive! We thought we were going to loose our OG, our first baby, the one that made me and Mr Tails a family! And when the vet said on Thursday that we might have to start making some hard decisions if she didn’t improve it was utterly heartbreaking and unimaginable! 😔💔😥
At 10 years old we weren’t ready to say goodbye to you!
Thankfully we had the BEST vets taking care of Ella and we are so greatful to have been able to bring Ella home on Sunday! 🏡✨ the kids were beyond excited to have their friend home! Taking the kids out of school the day we had to rush Ella to the hospital just incase they needed to say goodbye was the worst!
We are not out of the woods, Ella will be on long term liver support going forward. We still don’t know how long we have… but may it be months or years… we are beyond grateful to have our family together again and a happy Labrador back where she belongs! 🥰
I just want to say a HUGE thank you to all my amazing clients last week. When I had to cancel all day care and walks all of last week you guys were unbelievable! There was no question at all, just an outpouring of the most beautiful and supportive messages! Thank you for checking in on us and Ella and just making sure we were ok. It meant so much and the love for Ella was so lovely. We really do have the most beautiful clients/family around us 🩷🫶🏻❤️🩹
