Happy Pancake Day!

You don’t have to leave your dogs out when it comes to enjoying pancakes. You can make dog-friendly ones using wholemeal or plain flour, an egg and water.

Safe toppings to use would be carrot, banana, apple, dog specific ‘chocolate’ and xylitol free peanut butter.

These ingredients should not be used: chocolate, honey, nuts, cream, raisins or butter.

Feel free to attach photos of your dogs with their pancakes 👍🏻🐶

KITTEN SEASON PART 1

It looks like kitten season is arriving early this year and we are already getting reports of pregnant cats needing our help.

If you have an un-neutered male or female cat and are letting them go outside, please get them neutered. Not only do they run the risk of contracting some very nasty diseases, but they are likely to add to our ever-increasing feral population. Feral cats have such a tough time. They are often shunned by humans because they spray, tend to fight and are considered a nuisance just because they are doing what is necessary for them to survive. We may be able to help with neutering vouchers; you just need to pick up the phone or send an email.
