Thank you everyone for your patience these last few days ❤️ everyone who had an appointment cancelled should now have a message offering a new date. If it hasn't come through please let me know!
I'm back to work as normal from tomorrow. I'm at the stage where it's hitting me in waves. 💥 Important information 💥
To anyone with an upcoming appointment. With Zeus's diagnosis comes a bit of a juggling act for me. I'm too scared to leave him alone as the nature of his cancer is that his spleen could rupture at any given moment. This of course would cause pain and ultimately death so if this were to happen he needs a vet asap to help him on his way.....
He will be coming into the salon with me (likely causing the usual havoc as he hasn't got the memo that he's poorly 😜😅) I would ask that anyone leaving their dog with us stays within 10 minutes of the salon with their phone to hand, on loud and ensuring you have signal at all times. If the worst were to happen I would need you to take your dog asap so I can get him to a vet. If you aren't able to stay close by I would ask that you please reschedule your appointment (although I don't know how long Zeus will be with us so timing is also a tricky one)

On Friday me and Loki travelled to Crewe to compete in pure breed scissor at mastergroom 2024 on Saturday. This was lokis first time back at a competition since 2022 and my first time back in the champion division since the rules around divisions changed! We weren't placed but I'm super proud of my boy as he behaved impeccably! It's also the best shape and scissor finish I have managed to achieve on lokis coat which is tricky to say the least! As you can see he still had his trademark cheeky chappy smile even after the competition, even though we were both zombies by that point 🤣 have a question about dog grooming competitions? Feel free to ask!!
