Meet Beki – Our Lovely, Overlooked Gem 🐾

We can't understand why sweet Beki has had zero interest so far. She’s such a lovely dog and would make a fantastic companion for someone special. She is currently in foster with us in Westerham.🐶

Beki is great with other dogs and has even been cat-tested. She has a wonderfully sweet nature and brings joy to everyone she meets. Although it’s hard to determine her exact age—her face might suggest she's older, but her body and attitude are youthful and full of life.

She’s very easygoing and would adapt wonderfully to a loving home. Beki is fully vaccinated, spayed, and comes with a lifetime backup from us.

💜 UPDATE: LOLO IS NOW RESERVED 💜

STILL NO HOME OFFERS FOR LOLO? 😦

LOLO is a teddy bear! He has a soppy, gentle temperament and he will make someone soooo happy 💜

He was released from the pound recently and he is proving to be such a good boy in foster. He can share a home with other doggies and cats 🙂 In fact, he would prefer living with another dog as he is still timid to people. He is 3 years old and his blood test has come back clear 😊

He is currently in foster in Spain but can travel abroad and to other regions in Spain if a suitable home appears ☘

🐾 Woof woof! Time to formally introduce Beki, the paw-some pup with a heart of gold! 🐶

She's currently living it up in sunny Westerham ☀️, but her sights are set on finding her forever home.

Now, about Beki's age: her passport says she's 5, but we suspect she's got a few more years under her collar (perhaps 7 or 8 ). Age is just a number, though, and Beki's got a heart full of love no matter what! 💖 As for her breed, she's a bit of a mix—maybe a petite Bleu de Gascogne, with some basset Bleu in there too! But one thing's for sure: she's all charm and cuddles!

Even though Beki spent over two years in a pound in Spain 🏠, she hasn't let it dim her spirits one bit! She's playful, friendly, and as sweet as can be. Plus, she's undergone all the necessary vet checks, including testing for Lyme disease, Heartworm, Brucellosis, Ehrlichiosis, Babesiosis, Anaplasmosis, and Leishmania! 🦠 In addition we paid for her to have a dental done in Spain so her teeth are squeaky clean so she'll have a winning smile to greet you with!. And guess what? She's been cat-tested and totally ignored them. What a pro!

Now, Beki does have one little quirk: she's a bit of a foodie and might try to snag a snack off the counter 🍔. But with a little training (and maybe some extra treats!), she'll be a pro in no time.

To make Beki's transition even smoother, she'll come with 5 weeks of free insurance with Agria 🎉. And to top it off, she's got lifelong backup from Vilma's Hound Sanctuary 🏡. Donations to support Beki's costs can be sent to PayPal.me/vilmashoundsanctuary.

After several weeks of anticipation, Beki is finally onboard transport on her way to us and will arrive in Westerham this Saturday! 🌟 Her foster carers, kennels, and vets have all raved about her wonderful nature. She’s a real sweetheart and will make a fantastic addition to her forever home. Could Beki be the perfect dog for you? 🐾

🐾 Exciting Update on Beki 🐾

We're thrilled to share that Beki is now ready to start her journey to the UK in the coming weeks! 🎉 Beki is a very happy girl, and all her test results are back showing she is negative for Brucellosis.

It turns out the original dog she interacted with had a false positive result, so Beki is all clear to travel. We couldn't be more relieved and excited for her next adventure.

🐾 Update on Beki 🐾

We have some news to share about our sweet foster dog, Beki, who was supposed to start her journey today. Sometimes in rescue, plans take unexpected turns.

Two days ago, we learned that a dog Beki briefly interacted with tested positive for Brucellosis. Whilst we know that the risk of transmission is very low, we had to make a tough call to postpone her transport and find her a new foster home to ensure that she is isolated from other dogs between now and when she travels.

Beki tested negative immediately after the incident, but our vet advises retesting in 3/4 weeks to ensure she's clear. Since our travel plans overlap with her new transport date, she'll stay in foster care in Spain until July.

Thanks to a generous donation, we're covering the costs of the cancelled transport and upcoming tests. We're confident this was the best decision for Beki's health.

We'll update you on Beki's new travel plans in July and will launch a fundraiser to cover any additional expenses. Your support means the world to us and the dogs we care for.

Lily is an absolute gem – sweet, confident, and ready to charm her way into your heart! 🐶 Lily is the adorable one you can see in the video, playfully being chased by her foster sisters. She will undergo thorough behavioural testing in the near future and will soon be vet-checked to ensure she's in top shape for her forever home. 🩺 Lily comes fully prepared for her forever home! She is microchipped, vaccinated, spayed, and disease-tested on 1st March. The results confirm she's negative for heartworm, Ehrlichia parasites, canine anaplasmosis, Leishmania, Babesia, and Brucellosis.
