NOTICE TO ALL MY LOVELY CUSTOMERS ❌CANCELLATION POLICY❌

If you are unable to make your appointment please give more than 48 hours notice. Giving advance notice will allow me to fill your grooming appointment.

Appointments cancelled with less than 48 hours notice will be charged at 50% of the groom. This will need to be paid before your next appointment can be booked.

Charges for late pick up is £5 for every 15 minutes after scheduled collection time.
