We have nearly 2 acres of land to keep their legs exercised and a warm Aga and fires to keep them cosy. Our aim is to look after your Dachshund like one of our own during their stay. To ensure you have full peace of mind when you leave them with us and to remove the worry of ‘leaving them behind’ by knowing they are loved and cared for in a home, safe and social environment which they will love being a part of.

Our story

My husband and I came up with the idea to set up a Dachshund only boarding business when we were moving house at the end of 2017. We needed to board our own two Dachshunds for three weeks and found it hard to find somewhere which we thought was good enough for them. Our dogs are precious to us (as we know they are to you) and we were looking for a home from home environment for them while we were relocating.

With nearly 2 acres of enclosed land to exercise their little legs, enrichment games to keep them entertained and on hand resident management from Erik (the Boss) and (Princess) Frankie, your sausage will be loved and kept socialised throughout their stay.

While boarding with us they will become part of our family and home life. They will enjoy full free rein of our fields and enjoy regular off lead play with Erik, Frankie and all other boarders staying with us at the time.

We are not kennels and your dog will be living in our warm and cosy home during their stay. Enjoying naps by the Aga and snuggles on the sofa.
