One thing I dont understand, why do people let there dogs off there leads in a built up areas were there are kids , other people walking there dogs and not forgetting the amount of cars on the roads ! Its not a nice feeling when your walking your dog and a big dog comes running at you off the lead , I know 99.9 %of the time dogs are more than friendly but I really think us dog owners have a duty of care when out with our dogs !!
