I’m having to get a little strict, if customers are cancelling a couple of hours before their appointments or day before and it’s been twice , in a two week period I’m losing £84 just a example ,
I’m so busy and don’t take on new customers now ,
I’m having too ask for deposits for full
Groom if u cancel before 24 hrs and short notice I will ask for full grooming fee , it’s money lost when I could of booked someone else in x many thanks x

This is the bees knees if your doggy has a ear problem especially the Cockerpoos and spaniels this will clear the problem straight away , we get it from Bradley green the sheep shed , u warm the bottle in water and insert in the ear give a good massage , I’ve seen customers paying out 100’s to the vets and then problem has come back , this is amazing can’t rate it high enough , please can you comment if u use this just to show how good it is many thanks ❤️

Well I’m getting there with the Christmas rush just over a week and all done … beautiful well trimmed pooches already for Santa .. all smelling of Xmas scents and a cute little Xmas bow
