JULY INVOICES

Monthly invoices have been sent. If anyone is able to pay these before I get on my flight on Saturday afternoon that would be appreciated, just so I don’t have to check whilst I’m away.

Understand some may not get paid til next week though, if that is the case just let me know!

Weekly invoices will go out on Thursday, for payment by end of Friday please.

INVOICES - there are still some outstanding. Please could these be paid as soon as possible. I am sending monthly invoices today, this is EARLY, don’t panic.

REMINDER - I am on holiday next week, there will be no walks, I’m leaving the country and will have limited signal. All invoices need to be paid PROMPTLY this week please. I don’t want to have to chase you whilst sipping my all inclusive cocktails 😂🍹

🔥🐾 Too Hot to Walk Your Dog? Think Again! 🐶☀️

Keep your four-legged friend safe this summer by knowing when it’s too hot for walkies! 🥵🐕

🌡️ 20–24°C
⚠️ Be cautious! Keep walks short, stick to shady spots 🌳, and make sure your pup stays well hydrated 💧.

🌡️ 25–29°C
❗ Risky temperatures! Only venture out for a quick stroll in the shade—only if absolutely necessary! 🐾

🌡️30°C+
🚫 Far too hot for walkies! Stay indoors or let your dog relax in a cool, shaded area 🛋️🌬️.

📌 Important to remember:

🔹 Pavement test! If it’s too hot for your hand, it’s too hot for their paws. Tarmac can reach 51°C even when it’s just 21–26°C outside! 🥵🔥
🔹 Humidity counts! High humidity can make the heat feel even worse 🌫️
🔹 Breed & health: Puppies, older dogs, short-nosed breeds (like Pugs & Bulldogs), and dogs with health issues are at higher risk 🐕❤️

Just wanted to say a massive THANK YOU to all my lovely customers this week for being so accommodating and accepting of the changes.

Walks have had to start from 7am, and have been cut slightly shorter so that I could fit everyone in before it got too hot.

Not one single person has complained about the changes 💚💚💚

It’s very stressful trying to organise your week when you have a heatwave to contend with. We’re constantly (and I mean CONSTANTLY) checking the temperature, working out the best shadiest places to walk, rearranging pick ups so that no one is in the van for too long and swapping vulnerable dogs out to pop ins to keep everyone safe.

I know sometimes it feels like an over reaction, but believe me, this week has been HOT 🥵

So thank you for just allowing me to do my job, these changes are only ever in the best interests of your dogs.
